implement filters for rainloop

Not sieve filters, just regular filters created as a plugin written in php (there are similar plugins for other webmail platforms) and they do not need sieve integration or stuff like that..

        This is not good as these filters would only when using the webmailer, if the webmailer is down the mails would still remain in the inbox.
        Filters should always be applied on the server site nowadays. This way email location is always right, independent of the mail client.

        Yeah, It would be grateful, because Sieve filters are, for me, too complicated.
