The possibility to assign contacts to (multiple) groups
Customers are asking for This too, it is an important feature.

It should be nice if users could create their adress book with multiple email, as an mailing list.
It is a very important lack. Is there a plan to implant this functionnality in rainloop ?

The most basic of all contacts / email functionality. The ability to create groups / distribution lists. Product is useless without this.

very important and basic functionality
Is there any progress in this topic? IMHO contact groups are essential for anybody in any form of organization that only needs a webmail client.
I would buy the premium license if the contacts can support more fields and create group
I can live without a few of the Rainloop limitations, but the lack of "Contacts Groups" means that this application is only a toy and not used in a real working environment.
this is an essential function
In fact my clients want to stay with Afterlogic Webmail because there is currently no possibility for contact groups in Rainloop and the Holiday/OOO Message creation seems to difficult for them.
@Rainloop Devs: Please check out the Afterlogic Webmailer Settings Menu, to see what I mean.
Please, this is very importend for my wife because she is using roundcube and i want update my server to Debian Jessie where Roundcube is not longer supported...
We´re using Owncloud with RainLoop plugin for more than a year and it was better in the old version. I was able to pick up multiple persons from a contact list to send a mail.
I´d be cool, if would be able to send mails to contact groups
It would be nice if I can send a message to a group.
In vcard, groups are stored on categories entry.
It would be nice to be able to
- put an contact in more than one group
- send a message to all contacts in that group (to: cc: bcc:)
oh... this is very important to us
this is very important function .
